It is the beginning of the fall season, and that means Florida will have beautiful weather for enjoying all of Sereno’s Elements in.  Here at Sereno, we are focused on allowing our residents to live in luxury while also expressing their personality and having fun! During the summer months, it can be difficult to enjoy outside activities, but now we don’t have to sweat it because fall provides the perfect temperature for being outside.  Embrace the Elements this fall and find your niche.

Fitness– We offer many amenities that will help you enjoy nature and stay fit. Swing by the fitness stations to keep up with your daily gym regimen, without the membership fees. It is beneficial to change up the location of your workout, that way your body does not fall into routine. You can also enjoy some friendly competition with your neighbors at either our tennis or pickleball courts.

Relaxation– If intense exercise isn’t for you, take a relaxing walk along our trails. You can stroll at your own pace and take time to enjoy the cool autumn air. Our trails connect to many different locations so you can stay connected to the outside world and easily get to wherever your end destination may be. Even if you don’t have a set route, you can still enjoy the Sereno trail experience.

For the Kids– In the summer, it is often difficult to spend extended periods at a playground due to the sweltering heat. However, children need a way to release all their energy. Finally, your children can play right at home at our tot lot! Now that the weather is starting to become bearable, residents can have quality family time while the kids are having safe fun. We haven’t forgotten about the other kids in the family either, your dogs! Dogs are just as much a part of the family, and we get that. Take some time to visit our dog park and let the other kids burn off their energy as well.
